Christian Louboutin Opens at Harvey Nichols in Manchester
By now I am used to being surrounded by fashion cool when I do a Louboutin job. The shoes, the staff, the interiors and the locations are always impeccable, oozing as they do, style by design......something of a shock to the system for a Converse wearing, jeans porting, t-shirt wearing photographer. But, putting these feelings of fashion inadequacy to one side, on a visual level, a Louboutin job is always a feast for the eyes. The new manchester store is no exception. Harvey Nichols, stunning in itself, is the chic location and Louboutin is a fabulous new addition to their shoe floor. It would seem that the ladies of Manchester would agree, as the new concession was buzzing with activity throughout the day. I didn't spy any footballers' wives but I suspect they may be taking a trip to Harvey Nich's in the not too distant future!
